Permissions:
- INTERNET_ACCESS - downloading documents and updating them;

- accounts, wake_lock, C2DM - required by the Google Cloud Messaging service for push alerts for content and catalog updates.
A minimum of 100MB of storage space is required to keep *all* files fully installed. The space used depends on the number and size of downloaded documents.
